How to delete your account

Open the Engane.AI app (Android) or sign in at engane.ai.
Go to Profile (ഞാൻ) → Delete account.
Type DELETE and tap Email me a code.
Enter the 6-digit code we send to your account's email address.
Confirm with Permanently delete. You are signed out straight away.

Can't sign in? Email support@engane.ai from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it.

Before you delete

Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel it first in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions, or it keeps renewing.
Any credits left on the account are lost when it is deleted.

What is deleted

Your account and everything linked to it: your profile (name, email, phone, location and preferences), your conversations and messages, lesson and game progress, your planner reminders and events, credits, subscription and payment records, your sign-in sessions, and your notification settings, the notification tokens of your phones, the record of notifications sent to you and the record of requests to rate the app.

What is kept, and for how long

The account stops working the moment you confirm: you are signed out on every device and no one can sign in to it. Notifications to your phones stop at the same moment.
We keep the account and its data for 7 days to protect against mistaken or unauthorised deletion. After 7 days they are permanently deleted.
After that we keep only a minimal record that the account was deleted — an internal ID and the dates, with no messages, name, email or other content.
